Murray River Gourmet Salt Flakes are produced from ancient saline waters sourced from underground aquifers in Australiaâ€™s Murray Darling Basin region.
By intercepting these underground aquifers, which would otherwise enter the Murray River, we are contributing to
the effort in combatting Australiaâ€™s inland salinity problem. The ancient saline water contains naturally occurring minerals such as magnesium, calcium, potassium and iodine which are beneficial in our diet.
These minerals are attributed to creating a stunning pink hued salt flake that is subtle in flavour and delicate in texture.
