Bolero Paprika Smoked Sweet 90g Tin

Made from the dried, ground pods of Capsicum anum, a sweet red pepper grown in the Extremadura region, in the mountainous southwest. The peppers are lightly smoked over an oak fire as they dry, then ground to a powder. The result is a rich, mellow flavoured spice with a brilliant red colour. Mayonnaise spiked with paprika and lemon makes the perfect dressing for fish cakes.
