VOG was founded in 1995 by Oil Maker, Peter Caird, of Bendigo, in central Victoria, Australia. Caird's award winning talents attracted Victorian Olive Grove have added this sweet yet sour vinegar to their extensive range of products.

Make your own raspberry vinegar by combining equalities of raspberries and VOG White Balsamic. Add a little sugar to sweeten and steep for 4 days.
