J Friend and Co Wild Thyme Organic Honey is collected from the Waikerikeri Valley in Central Otago. Often referred to as the gorgonzola of honey, it’s aromatic and intensely flavoured. Caramel coloured with a hint of lanolin, its boldness makes a great match for salty goat’s cheese.
