1. Do I have to order via the internet? While this is our preferred method, please call or email to discuss other options. Prepayment is required in all cases.
2. What is the minimum order? $200 - standard parcel postage is included. If your order weighs more than 5kg you may be charged additional postage.
3. Do you deliver overseas? No, we do not deliver overseas.
4. How do you deliver within Australia? Personally to those living in the Yarra Valley, via Australia Post's parcel post service elsewhere.
5. How long should I allow for delivery? Most orders are delivered within two weeks. For urgent orders, please call or email to determine what's possible. Please note: Australia Post delays affect our delivery time, nothing happens in a hurry when affected by COVID-19 issues.
6. May I visit your shop? We do not have a shop - we order as needed from our specialist suppliers and deliver directly to our customers.
7. Is my credit card secure? Our preferred payment system is PayPal (via GlobeCharge) - please see their website for security details.
8. I don't have a PayPal account. Please use the guest login on the PayPal site.
9. What is your return policy? We want you to be satisfied with all purchases but if you are not, please advise us as soon as possible. If approved, you will be asked to return it to us with postage paid, in original resaleable condition within 21 days of receipt and we will exchange the items or refund the purchase price.
10. Do you offer wholesale prices? No, we are a retailer.
